Please use a separate form for each New Product you submit.
Once you've completed the Submission Form, please use the PayPal link for the $195 evaluation fee. We can't consider your new product until we receive payment. Upon receipt, we'll begin the Review Process and notify you as to whether we believe your product is licensable. If we believe it is, we'll offer you an Agreement of Representation at that time.
